Michelle McGuire has a diverse range of work experience. Michelle started their career as a Marketing Assistant at LaVida Massage in 2012. After that, they worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Michelle McGuire Designs in 2011. In 2012, they joined SoHo Experiential as a Remy Martin Brand Ambassador and later became a Marketing Manager.

From 2008 to 2012, Michelle McGuire attended the Academy of Design and Technology. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Graphic Design.
