Kristy Contreras is a skilled Service Designer with extensive experience in enhancing customer experience across various industries. Currently employed at Soho since March 2023, Kristy focuses on service design for COCHA. Previously, at WOM Chile from January 2022 to March 2023, Kristy conducted research and developed comprehensive customer journey tools to align service pilots with customer experience objectives. At MRM, from May to December 2021, Kristy contributed to the redesign of LATAM Airlines' customer service on social media through stakeholder interviews and co-creation workshops. Earlier roles include a Backoffice Assistant at ContactChile, where Kristy analyzed market trends for customer behavior, and a Customer Service Specialist at Augusta Sportswear, providing insights for production order management. Kristy also has international experience as an Au Pair in the United States from 2015 to 2017. Kristy holds a Diploma in UX Research and Design from Universidad de Belgrano and has a degree in Social Media Communication from Fontbonne University.
