Gobind Kukreja is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Head of Financial Regulatory Reporting and Insurance at Sohar International since April 2021. Prior roles include Anchor Financial Controller at Oman Arab Bank, Assistant Vice President in Finance Reinsurance at Swiss Re, Financial Accountant and Project Manager at Credit Suisse, and Manager in the Controllers' Department at The World Bank. Early career experience includes positions as Senior Analyst at Nomura and Intern at Deutsche Bank AG. Gobind holds a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and additional qualifications including CPA from CPA Ireland, an MBA in Finance, and a certification as a Certified Islamic Finance Executive.
