Alan Stewart, BA, MSc, Chartered MCIPD, currently serves as the Manager of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness at Sohar Aluminium, where leadership in strategic human capital processes is provided to a team of 19 professionals. Previous roles include Director of Talent Management at Arcelormittal Saudi Arabia and JESCO, where significant contributions were made in leadership development and succession planning. At Marafiq, Alan led organizational development initiatives that enhanced performance management systems. Experience also includes roles at Qatar Fuel Additives Company, Qatar Petrochemical Company, Howden, and BAE Systems, focusing on talent management, learning and development strategies, and process optimization. Alan holds a Master of Science in Strategic HR Management from the University of Roehampton and a BA Hons in Art & Design from Robert Gordon's University.
