Ole Bent Søreide started in 1992 in Firdakraft, which later became part of SFE. He has an education in electrical engineering from Møre og Romsdal College of Engineering, additional HSE/quality and finance/administration from Horten Engineering School/Tønsberg Maritime University, and in addition two Master of management programs in management from BI Business School.
