Shubham Saurabh has extensive work experience in various roles related to business systems analysis and project management.

Shubham started their career in 2007 as a Technical Consultant at PS Systems Inc., where they were responsible for understanding Cognos reports requirements, creating technical specifications, and performing detailed data analysis.

In 2011, Shubham joined Cognizant as an Associate, where they served as a primary liaison between the user community and the technical team. Shubham built strong relationships with internal business peers and led requirements gathering activities.

Shubham gradually progressed to the role of Senior Associate - Projects, Lead Business Systems Analyst, and Co PO, where they continued to ensure clear and measurable business processes and requirements. Shubham also facilitated workshops, interviews, and other activities to gather requirements.

In 2022, Shubham joined Sogeti as a Manager - Insights & Data | Lead BSA. Here, they serve as the primary liaison between the user community and the technical team, focusing on maintaining alignment with business needs and achieving project goals. Additionally, they work on project roadmap and prioritization based on business and end-user requirements.

Shubham Saurabh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Science from Priyadarshini College of Engineering and Architecture in Nagpur, India from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed Higher Secondary (HSC) education at BISSS XI - D in Bokaro Steel City, India from 2001 to 2003. Shubham'sschooling began at Chinmaya Vidyalaya in Bokaro Steel City, India, where they completed their Senior Secondary (SSC) education from 1989 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Shubham has obtained several micro-credentials from Alteryx, including those in Data Manipulation and General Knowledge. Shubham is also a certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance. Additionally, they have completed various courses from platforms such as Coursera and Udemy, covering topics such as Power BI, Agile Project Management, and Machine Learning. Shubham has further certifications from IBM and Oracle, including being an IBM Certified Cognos Professional and an Oracle Certified Associate.
