Christophe Sasserant has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Christophe started their career as a journalist at BFMTV in 1994 and then moved on to work as a senior consultant at PwC from 1995 to 2001. Christophe later became a consultant and worked as a self-employed individual from 2002 to 2005, specializing in executive search and market analysis. Christophe then worked as a head-hunter at TRANSEARCH in 2005 before becoming an entrepreneur in residence at Editora Segmento, where they launched new magazines and created the Brazilian edition of Harvard Business Review. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at INTER.NET BRASIL as the head of innovation, where they were responsible for project management and commercial development. In 2011, they became an entrepreneur in residence again at Fashionera, where they created a social commerce platform and search engine for fashion apparel. Currently, they are the CEO of Sogedev since 2012, leading a fast-growing Brazilian team and overseeing sales, people development, and P&L.
Christophe Sasserant completed their education at three different institutions. In 1989, they began pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, which they successfully completed in 1991. During this time, they also obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Strategy, Planification & Control from the same university in 1992. Later, in 2008, Sasserant attended Harvard Business School to join the HBR International Editors Committee, where they focused on the field of publishing.
