Kevin Deschamps is currently serving as the Program and Industrial Configuration Manager at Sogeclair, where responsibilities include MOD and configuration management for Airbus Atlantic on the A350 MLGB perimeter. Previous roles include Program Change Leader and Project Manager for the SA program at Airbus Atlantic, focusing on end-to-end project management. Prior to Sogeclair, Kevin worked as a Program Change Leader at Abylsen and has extensive project management experience in industrialization at SAS ASQUINI MGP. Additional experience includes an apprenticeship in continuous improvement at POTEZ AERONAUTIQUE and a lean manufacturing internship at Airbus Helicopters. Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Industrialization from Université de Bordeaux, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from both Université de Bordeaux and Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
