Joe Savino

Vice President of Channels at SoftWorks

Joe Savino is currently the Vice President of Channels at SoftWorks AI, a company that specializes in AI-enhanced computer vision technology. In this role, they are responsible for designing and building the channel sales program for the company's touchless workflow solution.

Prior to their current position, Joe held various roles at IBM. Joe successfully reversed a decline in sales through the implementation of a new sales management system, top partner focus, and SaaS and acquisition integration. Joe achieved a revenue growth of over 25% year over year and successfully integrated and expanded the channel of newly acquired companies.

Before joining IBM, Joe served in various roles at IBM Software Group, focusing on sales management and business development. Notably, they developed and executed a new business plan for accelerating growth in the Service Provider space, exceeding the first-year sales target of $75M.

Joe's earlier experience includes serving as the WW Global Business Partner System Integrator Sales Manager, where they created a sales and marketing strategy for the Web Integrator Channel. Joe also played a crucial role in building and executing the new IBM Global Financing software and services financing business, growing it to over $4B in originations over three years.

Overall, Joe Savino has extensive experience in sales leadership, channel management, and successful business turnaround strategies, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.

Joe Savino earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Montclair State University, which they attended from 1976 to 1980. Joe later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Fordham Gabelli School of Business from 1983 to 1985.
