Lauren Dodd is a Senior Delivery Lead at Softwire, with previous experience as a Senior Product Manager at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. Lauren has also held multiple roles at the Department for Education, including Product Manager in the User Centred Design Lab, Sponsor Approvals Lead for the Academies Regional Delivery Group, and Area Lead for Portsmouth within the same group. Lauren's academic background includes a Civil Service Fast Track Apprenticeship from 2014 to 2016 and a degree in Business Administration and Management, along with studies in Art and Product Design at Townley Grammar School from 2012 to 2014.
