Prior to this role, Rick was a Senior Microsoft Consultant at CDW, specializing in Microsoft Server and Security solutions, particularly in virtualization technologies and Active Directory. Rick's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Engineer at Pinnacle Group of Indiana and as a Systems Administrator at MFB Financial. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Bethel University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
