Pepijn van de Kamp has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Pepijn started their career as a Freelance Web Developer in 2002 and worked independently until 2007. From 2005 to 2014, they worked at K&K Solutions where they held various positions as a Lead Software Developer, Medior Software Developer, and Junior Software Developer. During this time, they collaborated with multiple organizations in different sectors such as financial services, telecom, food, and public domains.

In 2014, Pepijn joined Ordina as a Senior Software Engineer and later became a Software Architect and Consultant. Pepijn provided consultations to both internal and external projects, helping software development teams in delivering high-quality software and embracing best practices in software engineering. Pepijn also played a key role in setting up a software quality board to ensure code quality in large-sized projects.

From 2014 to 2016, Pepijn worked as a Technical Architect at the Ministerie van Economische Zaken.

In 2016, they joined the Software Improvement Group (SIG) as a Software Consultant. Pepijn'srole involved providing fact-based insights and actionable recommendations to help clients improve their IT situations. In 2018, they were promoted to a Senior Software Consultant, and in 2020, they became the Head of Innovation in the CTO Office.

Overall, Pepijn has gained extensive experience in software engineering, software consulting, and technical architecture throughout their career.

Pepijn van de Kamp has an extensive education history in the field of software engineering. Pepijn obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Software Engineering from the University of Amsterdam in 2015. During their time at the University of Amsterdam, they also pursued additional coursework in software testing at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in 2014.

Prior to their master's degree, Pepijn earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Information Technology from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2013.

Even before pursuing higher education, Pepijn attended the Emmauscollege from 1999 to 2005, where they completed their high school education with a focus on natural sciences and information technology.

In addition to their formal education, Pepijn has pursued various certification programs to enhance their skills and knowledge in the software engineering field. Pepijn obtained the Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) certification from (ISC)² in 2019, and in the same year, they also became an Influencer through the VitalSmarts institution. Pepijn acquired the Quality Software Developer Foundation Certificate in Maintainability from PEOPLECERT in 2015, and in 2013, they obtained the Agile Foundation Certificate from Agile Consortium and the Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. In 2012, they earned the CCNA Exploration: Network Fundamentals certification from Cisco.
