Mary Nina Ochoa is a professional with extensive experience in organizational development, currently serving as Líder de Desarrollo Organizacional at Software Enterprise Services since February 2020. In this role, Mary has been responsible for managing the design, implementation, and evaluation of annual development plans, as well as identifying performance needs and gaps. Previously, Mary held positions as Analista and Asistente de Desarrollo Organizacional at the same company and contributed to performance evaluations and workplace climate assessments as a Practicante Profesional. Earlier experience includes customer service advisory roles at Atento and administrative support at JS Consultores Empresariales S.A.C. Mary also served as Vicepresident of GEPRO USIL Fanpage, promoting project management best practices among students. Additionally, Mary was involved in global volunteer exchange projects with AIESEC. Mary holds a degree in Engineering from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola and has recently completed a specialization in Talent Management at Pacífico Business School.
