Sonal D'Souza is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience at Software AG, currently serving as the Director of Global Support since October 2010, focusing on optimizing end-to-end support for an exceptional customer experience. Prior to this role, Sonal held various positions including Senior Strategic Support Manager, Strategic Support Manager, and Principal Consultant at Software AG, following the acquisition of Data Foundations, Inc. where Sonal was Director and QA Lead from September 2004 to September 2010. Earlier career experience includes a Business Consultant role from 1993 to 2004. Sonal holds a BA in Economics and Statistics from St. Xavier's College and an Advanced Diploma in Systems Management from N.I.I.T. Mumbai.
