Marcos Zaragoza serves as the Head of the DevOps Architecture team at Softtek, where responsibilities include defining and innovating automation specialized services and leading hands-on value-driven solutions since October 2018. Prior to this role, Marcos held the position of DevOps Architect Sr, focusing on designing and implementing DevOps/SRE solutions, and has extensive experience as a DevOps Engineer Sr, emphasizing automation and CI/CD practices. Marcos previously worked at Grupo PF Administracion Estrategica as the Head of Technical Solutions, managing delivery and pre-sales activities while leveraging advanced knowledge in the Serena suite for ALM assessments. Early career experience includes a role as OS/390 Support Engineer at Banorte. Marcos holds a degree in Computing Engineering with a focus on Database from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
