Arnoldo de Jesus Gonzalez Solis is an experienced software professional currently serving as the Genesys Support Team Lead at Softtek since June 2021, where responsibilities include leadership, log reading, configurations, reporting, troubleshooting OVOC and Qfiniti calls, and providing support for Genesys and Pulse. Prior to this role, Arnoldo worked as a Software Engineer as a freelancer from March 2016 to June 2021, and previously held positions such as Lead Software Engineer at MACH TECNOLOGIAS and Software Developer Intern at Epicor Software. Arnoldo holds a Licentiate degree in Computer Software Engineering from UTEL Universidad, obtained between 2016 and 2019, and pursued engineering studies at UANL – Facultad de Ingeniería Mecánica y Eléctrica from 2011 to 2016.
