Viacheslau Chyrak has a work experience as a Business Analyst at SoftTeco since September 2021. Viacheslau also held the position of Business Analyst at IT Academy from March 2021 to September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Chief Specialist at Bank razvitiya Respubliki Belarus from September 2014 to September 2021. Viacheslau started their career at MTBank as a Manager for Corporate Clients from December 2010 to September 2014, where they were responsible for client support and attraction in various financial projects.

Viacheslau Chyrak completed their bachelor's degree in economics and management from the Institute of Entrepreneurship from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Product Ownerâ„¢ II (PSPO II) from Scrum.org in November 2022.
