Elizabeth Tryhankina started their work experience in 2018 as a Junior Researcher at the Scientific Research Laboratory, where they were responsible for creating maps using the program ArcGIS 10.3 for science research. In 2018, they also joined SoftTeco as a Business Development Manager, where they led software engineering and mobile development projects for US and EU markets. Elizabeth implemented a customer-oriented approach, tailored cooperation models, and managed projects of different complexity. Elizabeth emphasized efficient project management, advanced quality assurance procedures, and a focus on enterprise and SMB solutions. Elizabeth held the position of a Research Assistant at SoftTeco from September 2018 to July 2019.

Elizabeth Tryhankina attended Belarusian State University from 2015 to 2019. During this time, they pursued a degree in GIS (Geographic Information Science and Cartography).
