Andrei Mihalenia has a diverse work experience across different roles in various companies. Andrei started their career in 2012 as a Software Engineer at JSC "Savushkin Product". From there, they worked as an Engineer at LLC Scientific production company Tris from 2016 to 2018. Andrei then became the Director at ArkTrade from 2018 to 2021. In 2017, Andrei started their own business as an Individual Entrepreneur and continued until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Business Analyst at Epol Soft since 2021 and will be joining SoftTeco in 2023 in the same role.

Andrei Mihalenia attended the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 2007 to 2012. During this period, they were enrolled in the Engineering and Economics Faculty, although no specific degree was mentioned.
