Oleksii Merkulov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and technology delivery, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Client Success Leader at SoftServe since April 2006. In this role, Oleksii leads strategic cooperation with customers in the US and APAC and previously ensured the success of Enterprise Clients in the digital landscape across multiple regions. With a solid background in managing large teams and complex solutions involving AI/ML, IoT, and Big Data, Oleksii has also held positions as Delivery Director and Project Manager, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and projects for a leading global Network and Security Company. Oleksii's career began at Novacenter Ltd as a System Administrator, contributing to network management and support. Oleksii holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from State University 'Lviv Polytechnics'.
