Oleksandr Yavlinsky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and technology consulting. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Supply Chain & Retail Practice at SoftServe since February 2020, Oleksandr leads client engagements to deliver digital solutions for Retail, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing sectors. Previous roles include Sr. Manager and Acting Director at Coty, where responsibilities encompassed production planning, supplier collaboration, and integration during the Coty and Procter & Gamble merger. Oleksandr's early career at Procter & Gamble involved managing supply planning and process engineering initiatives. Additionally, Oleksandr coordinated the "de:coded" IT movement in Ukraine, significantly increasing participation and budget. Oleksandr holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Lviv Polytechnic National University and is pursuing Executive Education in Data Science and AI at The London School of Economics.
