Ajia Leilani Wallace is a UX Researcher currently employed at Softrams since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a UX Researcher and Associate Creative Director at GLIDE from September 2019 to February 2022, and a UX Designer at Studio Malagón in July 2019. Additionally, Ajia worked as a UX Researcher for the Texas Justice Initiative, focusing on heuristic analysis and workshops, and as a UX Designer for Latinitas, streamlining their registration process. Earlier experience includes a role as a UX Design Fellow at General Assembly and as a Customer Experience Specialist at Accenture, supporting a social media advertising platform. Teaching experience includes leading a class at the Austin School of Film. Ajia holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Arizona State University.
