Paula Lunardelli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction and technology sectors. Currently serving as Diretora at Softplan since March 2023, Paula is also the Founder of DOM Senior Living, a company dedicated to the development and operation of senior living projects, since February 2016. In addition, Paula has held key roles at ACATE - Associação Catarinense de Tecnologia, including VP de Ecossistema and Diretora Vertical Construtech, from July 2019 to April 2024. Previous positions include Executive Director at Lunardelli Engenharia and CEO & Founder of Prevision, where software for planning and managing construction was developed. Paula's early career included the role of Engineering Director at Lupa Construção Planejada. Educational credentials include an MBA in Real Estate and Construction from FGV and ongoing master's studies in Civil Engineering at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, where a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering was also earned.
