Krishnaraj Thiyagarajan has over 14 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Krishnaraj began their career in 2006 as a Senior Software Engineer at Quintegra Solutions Ltd, where they were responsible for code review and enhancing the technical knowledge of himself and the team. In 2008, they moved to Logica Private Ltd as an IT Consultant, where they were responsible for code review, preparing technical documents and project plans, and interacting with customers. After a five year stint at Logica, they joined GAVS Technologies Pvt Ltd in 2011 as a Senior Associate - Technology, where they were responsible for planning the business development process to deliver the application on time with intended quality and maintaining communication with the client. In 2013, they joined Accenture as a Team Lead / Sitecore SME, and then moved to J. Walter Thompson Worldwide as a Sitecore Consultant in 2016. In 2018, they joined Ameex Technologies as a Solutions Architect, and in 2021 they moved to Credentech Solutions as a Practice Lead - Sitecore. Currently, Krishnaraj is employed at Digicore Soft Solutions as a Solutions Architect.

Krishnaraj Thiyagarajan obtained an M.S in Information Technology from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli in 2003. Krishnaraj also holds certifications from Sitecore, Microsoft, PEOPLECERT, and APMG International, including Boxever End User (2022), Getting started with Managed Cloud 9 (2019), Personalization and Experience Optimization 9 (2019), Building Solutions using Sitecore Helix 9.2 (2019), Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies (2019), PRINCE2@ Foundation - Project Management (2016), Sitecore DMS 2.0 .NET Developer (2014), ITIL V3 Foundation (2014), Website .NET Developer Certification for Sitecore CMS 7.0 (2013), Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (2022), Sitecore 9 Certified Platform Associate Developer (2018), and MCP - Microsoft Certified Professional (date unknown).
