Morten Steinmejer is currently a Customer Success Specialist at Softpay. Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Consultant at Zenegy Danmark ApS from September 2020 to January 2022. Before that, they were a Customer Consultant at Bupa from January 2012 to December 2017.
At Bupa, Morten was responsible for process optimization in connection with the implementation of a new CRM system, customer service for policyholders and their relatives, referral of customers to clinics and hospitals, collection of medical information from clinics and hospitals, contact with partners and insurance agents in specific regions, assessment of treatment and coverage in cooperation with doctors/nurses, and issuance of payment guarantees for approved treatment.
Through their work, Morten increased customer satisfaction by implementing fast, transparent processes; reduced costs through effective, consistent processes in case handling; and reduced costs through early intervention in treatment courses and referral to partner hospitals.
Morten Steinmejer has a Cand.merc.psyk from Copenhagen Business School, a Bachelor's from Syddansk Universitet, and a Fodboldtræner uddannelse (UEFA B-licens træner) from Oure Sport & Performance. Morten is also certified by AJ&Smart in Design Sprint Masterclass, by PeopleCert in PRINCE2 Agile, and by Scrum.org in Professional Product Owner 1 and Professional Scrum Master 1. Finally, they have a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from PeopleCert.
They are on a team with Srdjan Stanisic - UX Design, Uygar Kucukemre - Senior Developer, and Fikret Demir - Backend Developer. Morten Steinmejer reports to Henrik Kock Nielsen, CPO.
