Tushar Bangoria has a strong background in the technology field with over 15 years of experience. Tushar started their career as a Trainee Engineer at eInfochips in 2005 and later worked as an Embedded Engineer. In 2008, they joined Symphony Services as a Product Engineer.

In 2010, Tushar moved to L&T Infotech where they held the roles of Senior Software Engineer and later Tech Lead. Tushar stayed with L&T Infotech until 2012.

In 2013, Tushar joined Sibridge Technologies as a Member of Technical Staff and worked there for three years.

Since 2016, Tushar has been working at Softnautics - A MosChip Company. Tushar started as a Member of Technical Staff and was promoted to Senior Manager in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Director, which they assumed in March 2019.

Tushar Bangoria completed their primary education at Alpha Primary School in Junagadh, Gujarat, India, from 1990 to 1997. Tushar then went on to complete their secondary education at N P Bhalodiya High School in Junagadh, Gujarat, India, from 1997 to 2000. Following that, they pursued their higher secondary education at Swami Vivekanand Vinay Mandir in Junagadh, Gujarat, India, from 2000 to 2002. Lastly, Tushar attended Dharmsinh Desai University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from 2002 to 2006.
