Sivaraj Sudharsan began their work experience in 2016 as an Associate Relationship Manager at Union Assurance PLC. Sivaraj held this role until January 2022. In January 2022, they joined Softlogic Life as a Regional Manager, where they currently work.

Sivaraj Sudharsan attended Hindu College from 2003 to 2015, studying Mathematics. After completing their studies at Hindu College, they joined BMS for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies. No dates were provided for their time at BMS.
