Jim Hoefflin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business leadership and consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Softeon since November 2022, Jim leads a global provider of innovative supply chain solutions. As the President and Owner of nextsevenLLC since July 2005, Jim focuses on business consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning methodologies. Previous roles include President and CEO at CBORD Group / Horizon Software, and President & Chief Operating Officer at Kewill, as well as key positions at Empower Software Solutions, Hanson Dodge Creative, and RedPrairie Corporation. Jim co-founded Software Architects, Inc. in 1990, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to advancing technology and business solutions. Jim holds an M.B.A. from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and an AAS in Data Processing from Gateway Technical Institute.
