Paweł Ruciński is a Technical Team Lead at Softensity Inc since November 2022, with extensive experience in software engineering and cloud architecture, particularly within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. Previously, Paweł held roles as Lead Software Engineer/Azure Architect at Transition Technologies MS, where responsibilities included designing cloud-native platforms and developing IoT solutions. Other experiences encompass coorganizing the Bydgoszcz .Net User Group, working as an Azure Integration Engineer at Adaptivity, and serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Sii Poland, focusing on enterprise applications using microservices architecture. Paweł’s career started with software engineering roles at Cybercom Group, Pojazdy Szynowe PESA Bydgoszcz S.A., and a Python Software Tester position at Alcatel-Lucent. Paweł holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Control Engineering and Robotics from Wroclaw University of Technology.
