Michał Kubiś is an experienced software development professional with a strong background in leading teams and developing solutions for various sectors, including finance and healthcare. Currently serving as a Team Leader at Softensity Inc since October 2022, Michał has made significant contributions to a global tax platform for a major accounting firm, focusing on performance optimization and testing. Prior experience at EPAM Systems involved roles as a key developer and software development team lead, driving initiatives such as transitioning legacy systems to microservices and enhancing software for an online fashion retailer. Michał began the career at Ostoya-DataSystem and Infoprojekt sp. z o.o., working on security management systems and healthcare invoicing solutions, respectively. Michał holds a Magister (Mgr) degree in Informatyka from Gdańsk University of Technology.
