Tatiana Romanova has work experience in various roles and companies. Tatiana started their career at Softline in 2007, initially working in HR until 2009. Tatiana then transitioned into the role of QA Manager at Softline until 2010. In 2010, they joined Aricent, where they worked as a QA Manager until 2011. Finally, they joined Softengi in 2011, where they held the positions of Process Manager, Scrum Master, and Project Coordinator.

From 2003 to 2008, Tatiana Romanova attended Nacional'nij Universitet Harcovih Technologij, where they pursued a Master's degree in Management organisation.
