Sergiy Skybyk has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sergiy began their career as a Project Manager at "Yumpis-2000" Ltd., where they successfully managed projects from July 2004 to June 2007. Sergiy then joined JSC UKRGAZ-ENERGO as a Leading specialist from June 2007 to September 2008. Sergiy then worked as a BA lead, Consultant, and Delivery Project Manager at Environmental (Green) Investments Fund from September 2008 to November 2012. In 2010, they served as a Review expert at UNFCCC until 2014. Sergiy then joined Softline in January 2017 as the Head of Donor Projects Division. Sergiy later moved to Softengi - Inspired Software Engineering in October 2012 and held various roles including Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Market Development Manager until June 2018. Currently, they are the Program Director and Head of Delivery at Softengi - Inspired Software Engineering.

Sergiy Skybyk completed their education at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'. Sergiy obtained a Bachelor's degree with honors in Engineering from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree with honors in Engineering from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sergiy has also obtained certifications in Project Management from the Project Management Institute, and as a UN review expert from UNFCCC.
