Ruslan Onyshchenko has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ruslan started their career at Telecominvest in 2006 as a Team Lead, where they worked until 2012. In 2015, Ruslan joined Softengi - Inspired Software Engineering as a Senior Software Developer. Ruslan then moved to Valtech in 2016, where they worked as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer until 2017. In 2018, Ruslan returned to Softengi as a Team Lead, taking on the role of a full-stack developer.

Ruslan Onyshchenko received their Specialist degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" between 2001 and 2007. In addition to their formal education, Ruslan has obtained certifications including the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 application development and has also passed the "Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer" exam.
