Gennadiy Axion has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Gennadiy started their career in 1995 as an Account Manager at Credit Lyonnais, Ukraine. From there, they moved to Informix as a Channel Sales Manager in 1997 and then joined BMS Consulting as a Commercial Director in 1998. In 2000, they joined IBS Holding as the Head of Representative office for Ukraine and worked there until 2006. Following that, they worked at Amdocs as a CIM for Ukraine, Belarus, and Moldova from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, Gennadiy became the Director, CIS at Softline for a brief period. Gennadiy then joined Teradata as the Country Manager for Ukraine from 2010 to 2014 and later took on the role of Global Account Manager for Vimpelcom and Country Manager for Ukraine from 2015 to 2015. Finally, in 2016, they became the CEO of Softengi - Inspired Software Engineering.

Gennadiy Axion completed their MBA degree at IMI-Kyiv in 1994. No specific field of study is provided for their degree.
