Amal Tarek is a Technical Team Lead at Softec Technologies, where experience includes roles as a Principal Research and Development Software Engineer and Senior Research and Development Software Engineer since May 2017. Key contributions involve developing a resource pool manager module in .NET to optimize AWS EC2 resources for batch processing search algorithms. Additionally, Amal researched and analyzed vehicle routing algorithms, building prototypes and participating in software design. Currently, Amal serves as a Visiting Instructor at the Information Technology Institute, delivering a course on random search optimization algorithms for the AI-Pro track.
