Michael Wood has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael is currently working as a Software Engineer II at Softdocs since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Software Engineer I at the same company from August 2021 to July 2022. Michael also completed a Developer Internship at Softdocs from April 2021 to August 2021.

Before joining Softdocs, Michael served as a Student Project Lead at ECPI University from October 2020 to February 2021. Michael also worked as a Jr. Developer at LifeTagger from May 2020 to August 2020.

In the field of construction, Michael worked as an Estimator/Project Manager at Design Build Construction from August 2018 to October 2019.

In the aerospace industry, they worked at Boeing as an Electrical Assembler from January 2016 to July 2018. Prior to that, they worked as an Avionics Technician at Interstate Turbine Management from September 2015 to January 2016.

Michael Wood attended ECPI University from 2019 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences with a focus on Software Development. Prior to that, they attended Trident Technical College from 2014 to 2015, obtaining a certification in Avionics Maintenance Technology/Technician. In addition to their formal education, Michael also obtained the C#: Advanced Practices certification from LinkedIn in July 2022 and the AET certification from NCATT in November 2014.
