Eric Elwood is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in account management and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at Softchoice since September 2021, Eric previously held the position of Senior Account Manager at CDW Canada from January 2019 to September 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Social Media and Consumer Care Ambassador at Spin Master, where responsibilities included managing social media accounts and customer inquiries.
