Mihai Ghilenschi's work experience includes being a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at Softbinator Technologies starting in February 2017. In this role, they reviewed requirements, created test plans and cases, and coordinated testing activities. Previously, they worked at PROTV SA from April 2007 to April 2018, where they were an Image Operator and Technical Assistant Engineer.

Mihai Ghilenschi attended Liceul Teoretic Mihail Sadoveanu from 1997 to 2001 and obtained their high school degree in Informatics. Mihai then pursued further education at Facultatea de Electronică, Telecomunicații și Tehnologia Informației - Universitatea Politehnica Buc, where they earned an Engineer's Degree in Engineering from 2002 to 2007.

In terms of additional certifications, Mihai Ghilenschi obtained the Java Programmer certification from InfoAcademy in March 2018. Mihai also completed a course called "Inițiere în Test Automation: Rest API & UI" at Academia Testării in 2018. In 2012, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA I) certification from Cisco.
