Naoki Mikoshiba

Senior Vice President, Corporate Management at SoftBank Robotics America

Naoki Mikoshiba has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the technology and telecommunications industry. Naoki has held positions at SoftBank Robotics America, San Francisco Japanese School, Sprint, SB Product Group, Softbank Mobile, and Vodafone.

At SoftBank Robotics America, Mikoshiba currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Management. In their previous role as Vice President of Operations, they contributed to the company's success. Naoki also held the position of Head of Revenue, where they played a significant role in generating revenue. Additionally, as Director of PMO, they built and managed a team to enter the US market, implementing business strategies and creating business plans.

Mikoshiba served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the San Francisco Japanese School from 2018 to 2021.

During their tenure at Sprint, Mikoshiba was the Manager of RFP management and Procurement, where they implemented a structured RFP process and managed sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations for mobile devices.

At SB Product Group, Mikoshiba held the position of Manager of Global Portfolio Management, Products & Services. Naoki successfully managed the joint portfolio strategy and supplier negotiations for SoftBank Mobile, Y!Mobile, and Sprint.

At Softbank Mobile, Mikoshiba served as the Manager of Portfolio Management, Product & Services, where they made key product strategy and portfolio decisions. Naoki also contributed to the company's success as the Manager of Design Management, Product & Services.

Prior to their roles at SoftBank, Mikoshiba worked at Vodafone as an IT project manager, focusing on information systems.

Throughout their career, Mikoshiba has demonstrated expertise in team leadership, strategic planning, business development, and supplier management in the technology and telecommunications industry.

Naoki Mikoshiba started their education journey in 1998, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tohoku University (Japan) in 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Science at the same university. In 2003 and 2004, Mikoshiba participated in the International Business Program at the University of Washington. More recently, in 2021 and 2022, they enrolled in the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, completing Level 2 and Level 3 respectively, where they focused on Wine certificate studies.
