Yordan Neshkolov has a strong background in software engineering and team leadership. Yordan started their career in 2002 at Webmessenger, Inc. as a Java Developer. From 2005 to 2008, they served as the Team Lead for J2ME / BlackBerry Development at the same company. In 2008, Yordan joined Fuze Box as a Development Team Lead, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they became a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead at SoftAvail, Inc., where they currently hold the position.

Yordan Neshkolov began their education at UKTC, a technical school for microprocessor techniques and technologies, where they completed their studies between 1993 and 1998. Following that, they attended Technical University Sofia from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
