Marcin Szczepka is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing high-performance systems and protocols. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Softability Oy since June 2023, Marcin previously held the position of R&D Senior Engineer at Hitachi Energy, where expertise in C/C++ and Python was applied to real-time operating systems and test environments for the IEC61850 protocol. Prior roles include software development at Hitachi ABB Power Grids, ABB, and Nokia, focusing on LTE systems and agile methodologies. Education includes a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science and an Engineer's degree in Technical and Computer Science Education from AGH University of Krakow.
