Martin Collins has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Martin currently holds the position of Chief Business Development Officer at Soft2Bet. Prior to this, Martin worked at Gaming Innovation Group, where they held multiple roles including Director of Sales and Business Development, Director of Business Development, and Director of Talent Acquisition. Before joining Gaming Innovation Group, Martin worked as a Talent Advisor at Loops Rewards. Martin also founded and served as the Managing Director of Red Executive, a company that specializes in talent acquisition for digitally disruptive organizations. Martin also worked at Betting Jobs as a Business Development Manager and Marketing & Business Development Consultant. Earlier in their career, Martin held the role of Sales Manager at Meridian Business Support and Recruitment Consultant at AMH contract services.

Martin Collins attended Garnock Academy from 1992 to 1997 for their high school education. Martin then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Politics from the University of Glasgow from 1997 to 2001.
