Jeron brings more than 30 years of professional experience within the nonprofit community in the areas of Fund Accounting, Payroll and Human Resources, Development, Planned Giving and Grants Management.

A highly praised and experienced 10-year MIP and Microix Certified Consultant, her primary focus at Soft Trac includes providing ongoing technical support, data conversion, training, and implementation services. Prior to joining Soft Trac in 2012, Jeronā€™s vast experience included Customer Sales Manager and New England Account Executive for ten years with Blackbaud, Inc., Director of Development, Membership, Volunteers, and Special Events within the arts and social service communities in the greater Boston area.
