Michelle Douglas has worked in the accounting field since 2000. Michelle began their career as an Accountant at Percardia, Inc. in 2000 and then moved to Eleme Medical as a Staff Accountant in 2006. In 2010, they joined ARC-Energy (Advanced RenewableEnergy Company, LLC) as a Senior Staff Accountant. In 2012, they moved to Microdesk as a Senior Staff Accountant and then to Harrell's Car Wash Systems as an Accounting Manager in 2013. Most recently, they have been working at Soft Robotics Inc. as a Senior Staff Accountant since 2019.

Michelle Douglas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Hesser College.
