Angeli Diaz has extensive experience in customer support and technical assistance, currently serving as Gerente Centro de Soporte at Sofos since September 2014, where responsibilities include coordinating and managing SAP ERP client support under the SAP Partner Center of Expertise certification. Prior to this role, Angeli held positions as Coordinador and Dispatcher, focusing on maintaining service quality and updating support tools. Previously, Angeli worked at ICT Consultores C.A as an Analista Help Desk, providing technical support to users both nationally and internationally, and at Fox System C.A as an Analista de Sistemas, offering technical training and support.
