Siekchheng Heng is an accomplished professional in the field of talent and development, currently serving as Talent and Culture Manager at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra since January 2022, following previous roles as Learning and Development Manager and Assistant Learning and Development Manager. Prior experience at the same establishment includes positions as Learning and Development Executive and Learning and Development Officer from October 2018 to December 2020. Earlier in their career, Siekchheng was a Language Teacher at NagaWorld and held the role of Human Resources Officer at Viniton. Siekchheng Heng holds a Master of Education in Educational Studies from the Royal University of Phnom Penh and a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Norton University, as well as a diploma in Chinese Language and Literature from Chhong Cheng Chinese School.
