Koen Meijerse is an experienced F&B Office Manager at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam since March 2023. Prior to this role, Koen worked as a Hospitality Freelancer from April 2019 to March 2023, collaborating with several prestigious hotels including Conservatorium Hotel, Hotel De L’Europe, Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam, and Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg. Koen's experience also includes a graduation internship at Green Phenix, focusing on luxury hotel recruitment for recycling services in Curacao, as well as positions as a waiter at Conservatorium Hotel and an intern event manager with Thirst Bar Services in South Africa.
