Minh Huyen Mai currently serves as Duty Manager at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi since November 2017, assisting Senior Management with hotel operations and enhancing guest relationships through collaboration with various departments. Previously, Minh Huyen Mai held the position of Duty Manager at both Mercure Hanoi La Gare and Sunway Hanoi Hotel, as well as Front Office Manager at Vinhomes. Minh Huyen Mai holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Hanoi Open University, completed from 2006 to 2010.
