Praveen Panicker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and business platform applications. Currently serving as Practice Lead & Senior Advisor at Sofigate since October 2014, Praveen manages a team focused on service management and oversees critical assignments for major global clients, particularly in the area of S4 Hana upgrades. Previously, Praveen held various key roles at Atos IT Solutions and Services Oy, including Senior Service Delivery Manager and ICT Cluster Demand Manager, where responsibilities encompassed customer relationship management, service delivery, and demand management. Additional experience includes project management and client engagement roles at Siemens IT Solutions and Services Oy, as well as initial consulting positions. Praveen holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Business Administration from Tampere University of Applied Sciences and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering, complemented by numerous professional certifications in IT service management and leadership.
