Otto Martikainen has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Otto began their career as a Corporal in the Finnish Defence Forces. In 2012, they worked as a School Assistant at the School of Lyseo. Otto then served as a Lifeguard at Palace Entertainment in 2014. Later that year, they became the Chairperson of the Representatives at The Student Union of JAMK University of Applied Sciences JAMKO, where they oversaw board operations and actively participated in various activities. In 2015, they worked as a Sales Specialist at Finnchat Oy, coordinating B2C sales and providing personalized customer service. Otto then became a Business Analyst Intern at Wormhole - Live Learning Platform in 2016, where they optimized Salesforce reporting and conducted market research. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Client Service Representative, mitigating risk and leading efforts to reduce late and unresolved interest payments. Otto also worked as a Project Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2020 to 2021, leading strategic marketing efforts and building client relationships. Currently, they are a Project Manager at Sofigate.

Otto Martikainen has a solid educational background and has obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business. From 2013 to 2017, they attended both JAMK University of Applied Sciences and Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued their Bachelor's degree.
